The role
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a lean innovation and cost-efficiency management system for the sorting center in line with the company’s strategic goals.
- Implement exception recovery standards to effectively reduce customer complaints.
- Oversee cost budgeting and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives within assigned business lines.
- Promote on-site sorting improvements using lean tools to enhance operational efficiency and control costs.
- Organize lean knowledge training, develop teaching materials, and promote the application of lean methodologies.
- Ensure standardization and compliance with safety regulations in sorting operations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, including 3+ years in lean management or process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficient in lean management methodologies with practical experience in data analysis and continuous improvement.
