Senior Technical Sales Person (€45K-€60K Salary Negotiable, plus commission) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of products to clients covering sales in Northern Ireland and surrounding areas. This is a customer-facing role that requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, secure new business, and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present our range of sealants, façade solutions, and fire products to potential clients.
Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new business.
Experience in specification sales and delivering presentations within the construction industry.
Strong technical knowledge of construction products and applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Valid clean driver’s license.
