Are you an experienced facilitator with a passion for leadership development? Our client, a leading utilities company based in Warwick, is seeking a talented Leadership Development Specialist to join their dynamic team. If you enjoy delivering interactive workshops and learning sessions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various teams, delivering engaging leadership development workshops and learning sessions. You will be responsible for facilitating the ongoing delivery of leadership development programmes to multiple cohorts of leaders and managers. Your input will be crucial in continuously improving the design of materials to ensure the highest quality of content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering interactive leadership development workshops and learning sessions
* Facilitating the ongoing delivery of leadership development programmes to multiple cohorts of leaders and managers
* Continuous improvement of design materials to enhance the content
* Conducting virtual and face-to-face delivery of pre-existing content
* Utilising great presentation skills to captivate and engage participants
* Navigating and addressing challenging views with tact and professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in facilitating leadership development workshops and learning sessions
* Strong background in delivering pre-existing content virtually and face-to-face
* Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire participants
* Strong interpersonal skills to navigate challenging views in a constructive manner
* A passion for continuous improvement and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practises
