Criminal Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Telford, £50,000+ (DOE) – This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload while working closely with a supportive team and building strong client relationships. JOB REF:2592
Role
* You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of Police Station and Magistrates’ Court matters.
* Participating in duty rotas for both Magistrates’ Court and Police Stations.
* Supporting colleagues within the department and liaising with both existing and new clients.
* Undertaking a variety of criminal litigation work on behalf of private and commercial clients.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from qualified solicitors or legal executives with experience in a fast-paced criminal law environment.
* Practical knowledge of the criminal law transaction process from inception to completion.
* Higher rights to attend Crown Court hearings are desirable but not essential.
* It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
* Motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
