Do you have some knowledge of procurement, and supplier management and have a full clean driving licence? You will be confident in managing documentation and maintaining accurate electronic records, as well as liaising with third-party suppliers to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in fast-paced office or accounts environments, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Key Responsibilities for Project Administrator: Supplier & Cost Management - Liaising with suppliers, reviewing quotations, managing transitions, and promoting cost-saving initiatives through analysis and negotiation. Procurement & Asset Management - procure IT equipment and manage contracts, licences, and inventory across systems and departments Reporting & Data Analysis- Collect, analyse, and present data to produce meaningful reports to Directors and SMT to support strategic decisions. Financial Oversight - reviewed and approve invoices, identify areas of overspend, and provide cost estimates and analysis ahead of budgets. Administrative & Project Support - maintain user databases and spreadsheets, support ad-hoc projects, and provide administrative support to senior staff as required.
