About the role
The Senior PMO Analyst provides high level support across the Commission’s largest and most complex portfolio, including the corporate plan and electoral reform programmes. You will ensure strong portfolio governance, accurate reporting and effective risk management while guiding project teams in best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing project data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
* Providing quality assurance of project artefacts and reports
* Supporting Project Managers with governance, portfolio processes and continuous improvement initiatives
* Mentoring and guiding project teams to strengthen delivery capacity
* Producing reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
This role is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery across the Commission and offers excellent exposure to senior decision making, strategic planning and portfolio management.

The PMO team ensures projects across the Commission are well governed, well planned and deliver real impact. The team supports two major portfolios (Corporate Plan and Electoral Reform), working collaboratively to maintain high standards and continuously improve how projects are managed and delivered.
