Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager
Location: Clydebuilt - Scottish Event Campus, Full‑Time / Permanent.
Role Purpose: Lead the delivery of food and drink operations across the venue, ensuring high standards, seamless service, and an outstanding guest experience across retail, hospitality, and events.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, efficient food and drink operations.
* Lead, motivate, and develop large teams.
* Maintain strong client relationships.
* Drive revenue while controlling costs and labour.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards.
* Support planning, set‑up, and execution of events.
About You
* Experience in high-volume, multi‑site venues.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commercially aware with solid financial understanding.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and guest-focused.
