Sales Manager SaaS Healthcare £45,000-£55,000 – Uncapped Commission Field Based Nationwide I’m currently working with a well-established Midlands based SaaS Healthcare business, who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team! The business provides consultative support & services across various strands of healthcare, with many of their major clients being within the NHS. They have developed a SaaS product aimed at managing data, compliancy and governance across their client base and looking for an experienced Sales guru to lead & scale the platform sales across new and existing markets. More about the company Founded in 2019. Main office in Midlands but outreach is UK based. Work with some of the largest Healthcare companies and the NHS. Provide variety of services across the Care industry, consultative and technical. Have launched a SaaS platform aimed at managing data, compliancy & governance. Award-winning business across the industry. The Role – Sales Manager Responsible for driving the end-to-end Sales cycle and wider Sales strategy for the platform. This includes market research, lead generation, prospecting & closing deals around the value of £250k. Build on existing relationships while targeting NHS trusts and Healthcare companies across the UK. Grow the Sales team and eventually build out and lead a team! Location: UK wide. Hybrid split between home, office and field based work across the UK. Clear progression opportunities to Sales Director. Requirements Salary: £45,000-£55,000 – Uncapped Commission. Excellent Sales experience in a SaaS driven Healthcare environment. Strong sales record, achieving targets and managing multiple sales cycles. Understands Healthcare compliance and governance. Confident working with clients, stakeholders across various sectors. Open to building a SaaS sales team.
