About the Role We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. This is a teaching leadership role, with two days in the classroom. There is a clear expectation that leaders remain closely connected to classroom practice and lead improvement through visibility, credibility and direct involvement in teaching and learning. As part of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with colleagues to improve the quality of teaching, develop staff and contribute to whole-school priorities. You must be passionate about inclusion with a good knowledge of working with disadvantaged pupils, particularly those with SEND, driving aspirations and achievement.
