Are you a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with 2+ years PQE looking for your next move? A well-established Preston law firm is seeking a motivated property professional to join their busy Residential Property team.
The Role:
* Manage your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transactions
* Deliver excellent client service while working efficiently and independently
Requirements:
* A qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident handling all aspects of the conveyancing process including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident IT user, familiar with conveyancing software
