Your Responsibilities
As a key player in our store, you will:
* Oversee operational, merchandising, and administrative functions
* Lead and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage store opening and closing procedures
* Drive sales through outstanding customer interactions and report analysis
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 2 years of retail management experience
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* A problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
* A passion for providing top-notch customer service
* The ability to inspire and motivate your team
* Knowledge of merchandise, including apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics is preferred
* Flexibility to work during store hours
