Staff Java Software Engineer Location: Belfast (Hybrid) Type: Full-time Compensation: £80,00 - £90,000 Bonus Benefits The Opportunity We're hiring a Staff Java Engineer to join a progressive technology consultancy delivering cloud-native solutions across finance, public services, and global enterprise. This is a senior technical role that blends hands-on engineering with architectural influence and leadership. You'll design and build scalable systems with Java and Spring Boot, drive engineering standards across squads, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers. It's a chance to step beyond a traditional senior role and take real ownership over technical direction, DevOps adoption, and system design in high-impact projects.
