Main duties of the job Provide leadership and clinical governance of the county-wide Family Therapy Clinics, Systemic Consultations and NVR (Non-Violent Resistance) Groups and any future Systemic Interventions you develop with us. Deliver specialist systemic assessments and interventions for complex cases 1:1 and as part of the family therapy team including holding a care coordination role when appropriate. Offer supervision, consultation, and reflective practice to multidisciplinary colleagues. Lead service development and quality improvement initiatives in systemic practice.
