Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and customers. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, as well as strong administrative and organisational abilities to manage multiple listings effectively, someone who is also keen to be part of our social media project for 2025/2026.
Duties
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers or tenants.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
* Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing.
* Provide administrative support including managing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining client databases.
* Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales or lettings process, offering guidance and support as needed.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in sales or lettings within the property sector is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A multilingual ability is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
