Role:
HG Premier Lettings are looking for a Letting Agent to join our team, based at our Berkeley Square Development in Salford to support our growing business.
This is a full time, site based role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You who will be responsible for assisting with the letting of properties both within the company's portfolio as well as for external landlords. You will be expected to positively market the properties, provide viewings, and then guide the landlord and tenant through the move-in process. You will also be tasked with assisting in growing our customer base by generating leads, informing clients of current market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
Core responsibilities include:
* Dealing with telephony and email enquiries.
* Booking viewings using a shared calendar.
* Conducting viewings and property inspections.
* Preparing all paperwork for new tenants, new landlords, and deposits.
* Managing the tenant application process, including referencing and checks.
* Ensuring that all legal certification is up to date.
* Proactively targeting new landlords.
* Inputting property and landlords details onto Let MC.
* Marketing on Rightmove, ensuring good quality photographs are taken.
* Conducting move-ins and move-outs, and preparing detailed inventories.
* Updating external landlords the status of their property.
Skills:
* Experience in a lettings or estate agency environment (required).
* Good written and verbal communication skills (required).
* Proactive and positive mindset (required).
* Organisation (required).
* Valid UK driver's license (required).
* Familiar with Let MC (desirable).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
