Job Description
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a luxury candidate experience aligned with Sofitel values.
* Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
* Manage HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights to senior management using Excel and reporting tools.
* Foster an inclusive workplace culture, support induction activities, and contribute to learning & development initiatives.
* Assist with payroll preparation, ensure compliance with audits and right-to-work checks, and support wellbeing, CSR, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
* Contribute to wider People & Culture projects, including system upgrades, engagement surveys, and global Accor programmes.
