We're looking for a Head of Quality to lead our quality function across multiple production sites. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape our quality strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with industry-leading standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and implement a forward-thinking Quality Strategy aligned with business goals.
* Own and continuously improve our Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
* Lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and effective follow-up.
* Act as the primary liaison for customer and supplier quality, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency.
* Oversee SOPs, training programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
* Champion health & safety compliance within quality operations.
* Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across teams.
Key Metrics You'll Influence:
* Customer complaints / PPM / RMA rates
* Audit findings and closure rate
* First-pass yield / scrap & rework rates
* SOP and training compliance
* Supplier quality performance
* Corrective action closure times
What You'll Bring:
* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
* 5–7 years in a senior quality role within automotive or aerospace manufacturing
* Proven experience with QMS systems and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, RCA)
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for excellence
