A fast-growing cyber security and managed IT consultancy is hiring their first Business Development Executive to help drive new client acquisition within the financial services and regulated sectors. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious business at an early stage of its sales growth and work directly alongside leadership to shape the commercial function. The company works with major global organisations and regulated industries, helping them secure critical infrastructure, protect sensitive data and modernise IT environments. The Opportunity You will focus on opening new business opportunities with senior decision makers across the UK financial services sector. For the first six months, you will take part in a structured sales academy, learning a consultative enterprise sales process and working closely with experienced leadership before moving into a hybrid model. This is a true founding sales role, with clear progression into senior and leadership positions as the team grows.
