We're looking for a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to join our multi-D consultancy Design and Business Services team.
Location: Lincoln - agile working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

What will you be responsible for?
By supporting the DaBS team and your day to day will include:
* Providing services to both our external clients and internal Kier Construction pipeline, where we compete with other consultancies to secure design commissions,
* Recent strategic wins are enhancing our position as a strong Low Carbon design team, which means you will be positively contributing to reducing the UK's carbon emissions,
* Working on education projects: The Kier Construction business provides KDaBS with a significant pipeline of new build design projects.
What are we looking for?
This role is great for you if:
* You can demonstrate relevant experience in a design team environment.
* You are technically competent to develop Mechanical building services engineering design solutions and provide coordinated solutions for new builds, refurbishments and minor works,
* Have a demonstrable understanding of current industry standards, Building Regulations, Health and Safety, and CDM regulations,
* Have proven experience with use of industry standard design software including Cymap, NBS, AutoCAD, Revit MEP.
