Key Responsibilities: Carry out all cleaning tasks as directed, following scheduled duties and company cleaning methods (including colour-coding). Adhere to all site policies and health & safety requirements, including COSHH, and use the correct PPE, equipment, and warning signs. Maintain tidy and hazard-free cleaning areas, including cupboards, loading bays, and waste/bin areas, and complete waste collection as assigned. Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, near misses, and any health & safety concerns to your supervisor/manager. Attend team meetings and training, and maintain a professional, courteous approach when interacting with staff, clients, and visitors. What We’re Looking For: Cleaning experience and use of cleaning equipment are welcome but not essential; basic hygiene knowledge required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks when needed. Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude. Committed to delivering excellent service at all times.
