Overview:
We support individuals with a learning difficulty or a disability to attend their place of employment, we give individuals support with understanding their job role, support with effective communication and support individuals to show their full potential at work.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for support individuals with disabilities in their workplace. Your role will involve providing instruction, supporting their needs, and motivating individuals to achieve their full potential.
Duties:
* Provide instruction on techniques, strategies, and rules of the workplace
* Support to improve skills and performance
* Evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
* Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals
* Collaborate with other staff members, or parents/guardians/carer to create a positive and supportive environment
Skills:
* Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
* Leadership abilities to motivate
* Patience and empathy to work with individuals of different levels or ages
* Problem-solving skills to address challenges or obstacles during their time at work

Hours: 35hrs per week. Work Patterns can vary between 8am and 10pm
Salary depending on experience
Location: Crawley and Surrounding areas, You will be expected to travel.
