As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include… * Working closely with the planner to schedule and manage job details * Arranging necessary materials, skips, and collections for each project * Liaising with clients, QS, and management to ensure seamless project delivery * Overseeing site teams, including supervisors and planners, to ensure efficiency * Addressing and resolving any site issues, providing support where required * Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met We are looking for an Operations Manager with the following skills and experience… * Ideally 5 years’ experience in the construction/social housing industry * Strong knowledge of building regulations and industry standards * Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams or subcontractors * Relevant qualifications in construction (preferred but not essential) * Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) & strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work with subcontractors and coordinate multiple projects In return, the successful Operations Manager will receive a salary of £50,000 - £60,000, plus the following benefits… * 28 Days Holiday * Pension Scheme * Free Parking * Paid Travel expenses to sites You’ve made it this far…the next step?
