A well-established and growing legal practice is seeking a Legal Administrator to join its busy and supportive Wills, Trusts & Probate team.
This is a full-time position and would suit someone who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities. The role will involve working across two local offices (Poole/Ringwood), as required by business needs, with scope for hybrid working.
No prior trust administration experience is essential, as full training will be provided. However, the role would suit someone with a strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to understand complex concepts while managing multiple tasks. Candidates with experience or accounts, finance, banking, education or legal are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with trust compliance matters
* Managing and maintaining a trust database
* Monitoring and managing key dates and compliance diaries
* Supporting trust annual reviews
* Assisting with the administration and ongoing management of a large portfolio of trusts
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
