We're Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor for Luxury Fit-Out Project in Saudi Arabia

ALEC FITOUT is seeking a specialized Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of the project. You will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
* Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
* The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
* Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for KSA.
Your Role:
* Manage commercial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects in KSA.
* Develop and maintain tender budgets and procurement strategies.
* Lead subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and manage project claims.
* Oversee cost control, progress invoicing, and financial reporting.
* Lead and mentor the commercial team for successful project delivery.
What You’ll Need:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
* 8+ years’ experience, with 5+ years in luxury interior fit-out projects.
* Proven skills in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
* Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English
