Your Role as Head of Sales
* You will be the architect and driver of the outbound sales engine. This isn't just about managing—it's about building, scaling, and leading from the front to meet ambitious targets.
* In the role, you will recruit, train, and manage a high-performance B2B telesales team to build a scalable and effective sales machine.
* You will be a player-manager who leads by example, actively winning sales and setting the pace.
* You will work closely with Marketing to align sales campaigns and maximise impact.
* You will set clear KPIs and meticulously manage sales pipelines, performance metrics, and all matrices to achieve cost-effective growth and maximum efficiency.
