We are currently recruiting for Full time, part time and Bank Support Workers to support an Autistic individual who also has a Severe Intellectual Disability, in Shropshire on a 2:1 basis. You’ll be supporting him to: Build confidence in his new space Learn new skills for daily living Take small, meaningful steps into his community Feel safe, heard, and celebrated — every single day He communicates through gestures, body language, vocalisations, and guiding you to what he wants. He may need a little extra time to process and thrives on clear routines and consistent support.
