Candidate Profile
We seek a passionate Chef de Partie or a talented Commis Chef ready to take the next step. The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience delivering excellent service through quality food.
* Be passionate about creating great dishes consistently.
* Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
* Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and implement new menu items and specials.
* Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to manage costs and labor effectively.
* Proactively drive sales and growth by engaging with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Skills Required
* Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
* Food Safety knowledge.
* Proficiency in food preparation.
