We have a vacancy for an experienced Digital Manager to join our Global Client Team and help us create and manage a best-in-class approach to digital and data for our international clients.
Working with the Digital team, you will take ownership of the digital and data ‘product’ of the agency for the clients' markets in Europe.
You will work closely with immediate team members and other internal groups globally, regionally, and locally to ensure digital/data is considered through all stages of the Mx Process and properly presented to clients.
Additional responsibilities include addressing day-to-day issues, troubleshooting technical problems, communicating ideas for process improvements, and assisting with training teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain daily contact with client stakeholders and build trusting relationships with marketing, media, and digital teams.
* Manage and collaborate with global and local specialists to create aligned communication solutions and share best practices.
* Develop innovative digital strategies considering the consumer's decision-making process and offline channels.
* Develop implementation approaches for digital strategies with channel specialists.
* Stay updated on digital developments and inform clients accordingly.
* Build relationships with key media partners to access resources and provide excellent service.
* Oversee local digital strategy execution, implementation, and reporting.
* Lead digital training initiatives for staff and contribute to client and staff development on digital topics.
Key Experience & Skills
Required:
* Proven experience in creating effective digital solutions within an agency setting.
* Ability to consider digital and data's role across the full customer journey.
* Experience with GMP stack.
* Understanding of ad tech platforms.
Desired:
* International client management experience.
* Proficiency in Excel.
