What You'll Do Ensure wing structures meet airworthiness and product requirements with uncompromising quality. Lead technical studies, trades, and investigations to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Drive change management through Mod opening, DFM release, and Stage 3 closure - on time, to cost, and to quality. Provide design leadership across internal and external teams, championing Lean Engineering improvements like Right First Time and Lead Time Reduction. Govern design & maturity reviews in line with Airbus policies and practices. What We're Looking For Industry recognised design Airbus signatory status (Design Approval / Authorisation) is essential Proven expertise in Wing Structures and design authorisation. Strong track record in delegation, team collaboration, and design approval processes. Ability to deliver against Time, Cost, and Quality targets. Creative problem-solving and risk management skills. Experience influencing complex networks of stakeholders to achieve milestone success. Hands-on knowledge of CATIA V5, ICC, Zamiz, ECM, Solings & PASS. Essential: Design Authorise Signatory status.
