Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of children with SEND.
*Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
*Use innovative teaching approaches to capture the interest and enthusiasm of young learners.
*Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND.
-Compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of students.
