An established regional law firm is looking to grow its residential property team with the addition of several Conveyancers who enjoy managing varied caseloads and working closely with clients.
This is a fast-paced, client-focused environment with genuine scope for progression and a strong local presence. The firm is expanding following sustained success across its offices and a rising caseload.
Responsibilities include:• Managing a diverse caseload• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, mortgages, and title checks• Advising clients throughout the process and ensuring a high standard of service• Collaborating with colleagues, legal assistants, and paralegals across offices• Supporting business development efforts to grow and sustain the team’s pipeline
About you:• At least 2-3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Qualified by Experience• A strong background in managing a varied conveyancing caseload independently• Attention to detail and a commitment to putting clients first• A collaborative, proactive approach with a willingness to develop within the team• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, supportive, and client-facing environment
Primarily office-based across sites the West Midlands. Hybrid working (1 day per week) is available following a successful probation period.
