We have an exciting new role for an Assistant Manager to join our team at The Beeston Social.
This is a full service role with an award winning company, working to put your stamp on an established cocktail bar in Nottingham.
We are looking for a people person, a manager who is hands on, leads from the front, inspires their team through their hard work and a leader who is competent in multi-tasking successfully under pressure.
Your Role…
* Lead the team and take full responsibility for the business, as a member of the management team
* Drive sales through optimising performance of all staff at all levels
* Maintain high standards while working in line with the brand to help push the business forward
* Manage all health & safety aspects of the business
* Take full control of stock, wastage & ordering - working to set targets & assigned KPI's
* Train and develop team members to outstanding levels
The ideal candidate will have…
* At least 1 years' experience as either an Assistant Manager or Bar Manager, with a proven track record in a high volume establishment.
* Strong drinks & Industry knowledge - cocktail experience is essential.
* Managed in a full service environment
* Strong financial understanding.
* A strong outgoing personality with the ability to lead from the front.
* A keen attention to detail and high standards of service.
