Residential Conveyancer – Huddersfield (Hybrid Working)
Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)
Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-regarded, forward‑thinking law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading Legal 500 practice in Huddersfield, known for its quality service, supportive culture, and strong reputation in property law.
Responsibilities
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build and shared ownership transactions
* Transfers of equity and re‑mortgages
You’ll have the support of an established conveyancing team and access to modern systems and resources, allowing you to deliver high‑quality client care without the pressure of volume targets.
Qualifications
* Be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer (minimum 2 years’ experience handling your own caseload)
* Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
* Excellent client communication and organisational skills
* Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
