Senior Sales Consultant – Maypole Location: Maypole Salary: OTE up to £36,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday–Friday 08:45–17:30 | 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00–13:00 About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join a highly reputable and long-established property group. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for property, people, and performance who’s eager to take the next step in their estate agency career. You’ll be instrumental in growing the property register, winning new instructions, and supporting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profitability. This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver a first-class service to every client while achieving both individual and team targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.
