Working Hours: Between 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday. 16 hours per week.

Central locations offer easy access to work, beautifully styled apartments, co-working spaces, and social hubs. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Concierge to support our luxurious site in Manchester. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the resident experience, bringing creativity and making a lasting impact as we redefine living in style and comfort.
Our Concierge Team
Provide exceptional and personalized service to residents by anticipating and fulfilling their needs; offer information on local attractions, and handle inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive experience:
* Front of House / Reception: greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly, and vibrant attitude.
* Manage room turnarounds, check-ins, and check-outs.
* Be available for questions or issues that may arise.
* Ensure facilities are maintained respectfully by residents and guests.
* Provide solutions to issues or challenges as they occur.
Additional Responsibilities
Our Concierge team handles various additional tasks, including:
* Maintain the upkeep of our premium site and facilities; communal areas must be clean and well-maintained.
* Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours, surveying and reporting on building areas.
* Replenish refreshment stocks such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk, and vending machine items.
* Serve as a point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
* Manage and store parcels correctly for easy resident access.
* Maintain waste management areas, adhering to health and safety regulations, and address hazards as needed.

Professional Experience
* An experienced customer service professional adept at delivering premium experiences.
* Previous Concierge experience is advantageous.
* Hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety in communal areas.
* Comfortable with technology systems and software essential for operations.

* Excellent communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Strong organizational and leadership qualities, remaining calm under pressure.

* Capable of tasks involving extended standing and repetitive movements, with reasonable adjustments if needed.
* Flexible availability to ensure continuous service, including holidays and special occasions, as our facilities operate 24/7.
