* Supervising pupils during break times, educational visits, and school activities as required.
* Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues About You

The successful candidate will:

* Have experience working with children in an educational setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their very best.
* Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
* Be adaptable, proactive, and able to use their initiative.
* Work effectively as part of a team while also being confident working independently.
* Have experience supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs (desirable).
