What you’ll do on a typical day:

* Maintain effective and open communication to build solid relationships with TJX Vendors, TJX Head office, TJX Processing Centres and GXO TJX Transport Operations to ensure seamless service
* Look after the effective control of inbound bookings from TJX Vendors
* Manage the effective control of outbound bookings from the Crewe / Watford sites to TJX Processing Centres
* Receive inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with site rules
* Co-ordinating, the flow of vehicle traffic and completion of receipted deliveries with the site operational teams

What you need to succeed at GXO:

* Excellent Customer Service Skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure
* Great IT skills, including Microsoft office, with experience of using Warehouse management systems
* Able to work on own initiative, problem solve effectively and make decisions
* A background in fast moving logistics with experience of warehousing and transport operations is desirable
