Role Description
As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist in recruitment and training processes. The role will also involve developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
* Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
* Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with HR-related software and tools
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred
* Proven experience in a senior HR advisory role
