The Role Act as the sole PA support within a growing business unit supporting a senior Managing Director and wider leadership team Manage a highly complex diary, balancing competing priorities and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for calls, meetings and requests Prepare high-quality documents, presentations and briefing packs, using various platforms Take ownership of meeting preparation and governance - agendas, pre-reads, minute taking, actions and follow-ups to ensure delivery Coordinate international travel and logistics (primarily Europe) and support regular weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings Who we are looking for An experienced Personal Assistant with 3+ years in a similar role The ability to travel either to Warwickshire or Leicestershire Experience within a blue-collar working environment...
