Land Agent - Rural Surveying & Estate Management
Location: Suffolk | Type: Full-time | Salary: Competitive
We're seeking a proactive and motivated Land Agent to join a growing rural professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in rural practice-ideally RICS or CAAV qualified (or working towards it)-to develop their career within a dynamic environment supporting UK farming and estates.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate infrastructure and utility agreements
* Provide advice on rural planning, diversification, and development projects
* Manage residential, commercial, and agricultural property portfolios
* Support farm and estate management activities
* Prepare tenancy agreements (FBTs, CFAs), licences, and conduct rent reviews
* Handle grant applications including SFI, CSS, and capital grants
About You
* Degree in Rural Land Management or related discipline
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong interest in rural business and UK agriculture
* RICS/CAAV qualified or working towards qualification (support provided)
* Full UK driving licence
