Children's English Learning Series Video Presenter (Oxford)

Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and experienced female children's educator with a strong background in early literacy and English language teaching to present a series of children's English-learning videos. This project is part of a larger educational publishing initiative aimed at helping young learners in China build strong English foundations through engaging, structured phonics lessons.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of phonics instruction and early years pedagogy, as well as a clear and engaging presentation style suited for recorded lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging children's story lessons on camera based on provided books and materials
* Have a structured lesson format including reading, phonics instruction and interaction
* Collaborate on planning and adapting lesson delivery for video
* Maintain consistent energy and tone suitable for young learners
* Attend scheduled filming sessions (on-site)
Requirements:
* Strong background in phonics and early English literacy instruction
* Teaching experience with young children (EYFS, KS1, or ESL)
* Relevant qualification in education, linguistics, TEFL, or early childhood development is encouraged
* Clear, neutral British English accent
* Confident and natural on camera (previous media or online teaching experience is a plus)
* British English required for teaching.
* Organised, reliable and professional
* Must be UK-based and able to travel to our filming location (Farnham or Oxford).
Desirable:
* QTS or PGCE with EYFS/KS1 focus
* Familiarity with systematic phonics programmes and Children's reading materials (e.g. Oxofrd Reading Tree, Letters and Sounds, Floppy's Phonics)
* Experience teaching EAL or ESL learners
* Creative and adaptable in lesson delivery
Rate of Pay:
Competitive hourly rate depending on experience
