Office & Facilities Manager PR/029735 We aresupporting a highly regarded private equity firm in their search for an experienced Office & Facilities Manager to take ownership of their London office environment. This is a high‑profile, hands‑on role within a genuinely lovely business, known for its collaborative culture, excellent benefits and exceptionally low turnover. The firm offers a sociable, inclusive and collegiate working environment.Regular team lunches, company-wide events and international firm trips reflect a business that invests heavily in its people. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing operational oversight, facilities expertise and strategic input across multiple sites. The Role This is a predominantly Office & Facilities Management position, with light EA support as required. You will work closely with senior leaders at the C-suite level, providing updates on projects, costs and longer-term strategy. The role is highly practical and visible, with significant time spent away from the desk and on the office floor. 5 days in the office, with occasional flexibility Benefits Highly competitive salary plus a discretionary uncapped bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Comprehensive package including private health, dental and optical insurances, and a company pension scheme Regular team socials and company events Access to gym facilities About You This role will suit a practical, commercially minded Office & Facilities professional who enjoys being on the ground and taking true ownership. Proven experience managing a larger‑scale office or building (not solely fully serviced environments) Strong facilities background with hands‑on exposure to plant rooms and core building infrastructure (awareness essential) Experience liaising with landlords, reviewing service charges and managing contracts Comfortable coordinating multiple vendors and external providers Confident engaging with senior stakeholders on projects, costs and priorities Practical, proactive and solutions‑driven in approach Finance or private equity exposure is beneficial, but deep OM / Facilities experience is key This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior Office & Facilities role within a high‑quality private equity environment, offering autonomy, visibility and long‑term stability.
