Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Eastleigh
Pay Rate: Up to £28,000 per annum / £15.40 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm)
Contract: Until 27th February 2026
Start Date: ASAP
A Supply Chain Administrator is required to support a busy procurement and compliance team. This role involves maintaining supplier documentation, ensuring compliance standards are met, and assisting with key onboarding and review processes.
Key Responsibilities for a Supply Chain Administrator:
Provide timely and accurate supply chain information for onboarding and supplier reviews
Support the wider admin team with general supply chain administration
Ensure all procurement activity follows internal policies and procedures
Work closely with the Governance and Analytics team to maintain supplier compliance
Check, verify, and review all supplier documentation
Compile onboarding and review information into a single consolidated document
Ensure the correct certifications, accreditations, and policies are in place for each supplier
Maintain accurate electronic filing systems for all supplier accounts
Identify and escalate any risks found during supplier assessments
Support procurement colleagues when needed, with guidance from the line manager
About You:
Strong IT skills, including solid experience with Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with good interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to explain processes and support colleagues with system use
Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
Organised, proactive, and adaptable
Some knowledge of Health & Safety is beneficial but not essential
