What You’ll Do
* Spot opportunities by building strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities.
* Appraise and negotiate land deals that align with our growth targets.
* Oversee projects from first contact through planning, acquisition, and legal completion.
* Stay ahead of the market, keeping track of competitor activity and local development trends.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in land acquisition, development, or property.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* A good understanding of planning systems, legal frameworks, and contracts.
* Confidence to work independently while collaborating across teams.
* Drive, ambition, and the ability to deliver results.
