Purpose of the Role:
To lead and coordinate housing management services, ensuring compliance, effective tenancy management, and a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee tenancy and estate management, including allocations, enforcement, and sustainment.

Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and procedures.

Lead and support housing officers, managing complex cases and escalations.

Monitor performance and drive service improvements.

Work with partners and residents to resolve issues and strengthen communities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of housing law and practice.

Proven experience in housing management and tenancy enforcement.

Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
