Your Mission:
A successful Graphic Designer will have great initiative and problem solving skills. Attention to detail is a must. They will be a hard worker and willing to learn new skills, whilst being able to work under pressure producing a high quality of design. They will manage their own workload and have awareness of multiple projects. The Graphic Designer will report into the Head of Design.
Your Quests Include:
* Design engaging marketing assets across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta) and digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Display, CRM), including both static and motion content.
* Create visually compelling email banners and promotional graphics that drive engagement and align with campaign goals.
* Develop and execute creative campaign concepts from initial idea through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
* Produce motion graphics and short-form animations to enhance digital and social performance, using tools such as Adobe After Effects.
* Design mobile app promotional assets (static and motion) to support marketing initiatives and user engagement.
* Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative across all touchpoints.
Skills:
* Graphic Design degree, or related preferable, but not essential
* 3+ years experience within an in-house design department or agency environment
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite – specifically; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
* Photography or videography skills desirable but not essential
* Understanding the differences between print & digital design
* Marketing experience desirable but not essential
