Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
The Role:
As our Guest Services Manager you will be leading our charismatic team of Luggage Porters, Valets and Chauffeurs overseeing the guest journey through the manor. You will be accountable for all arrivals and departures, the timely delivery and collection of luggage, rooming guests, managing the chauffeur fleet and transporting guests around the estate. Your larger than life personality and continuous local networking will ensure our members and guests expectations are consistently exceeded. This is a people first role that requires strategy, process and energy.
Who we are looking for:
 * At least three years experience of managing a front of house team within luxury hospitality settings.
 * Creativity and problem solving, the role requires an active presence leading from the front.
 * Someone who is process driven and confident in analysing, reviewing and actioning any changes.
 * Strong line management experience who is confident in recruiting, training and developing a large and diverse team.
 * Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues and senior management as well as being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
 * Excellent organisational skills and tech savvy; OPERA knowledge would be an advantage.
 * Someone with financial acumen to maximise the revenue opportunities through our chauffeur service and valet team.
