Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to grow membership.
* Lead and manage a volunteer-based Membership Team, acting as a liaison with membership recruiters and visitor centre teams.
* Drive the creative, marketing‑led aspects of the role while focusing on data, insights, and process improvement.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal processes, maintain accurate financial administration and CRM database management.
* Partner with colleagues and suppliers to continually evolve membership offerings, ensuring members feel valued and inspiring new audiences to support our work.
The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, based at Abbotts Hall, Great Wigborough, with a starting salary of £35,689.50 per annum.
