We're Hiring: Full-Time Machine Operators Mildenhall

Key Requirements:

* Previous production experience is essential
* Willingness to be trained on machines
* Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Work Schedule & Pay:

Initial Training:

* Monday to Friday
* £12.38 per hour (PAYE)

After Training (Usually after 4 weeks): Choose from one of the following Day Shift Rotations (6am 6pm):

* Pattern A:
Week 1: Sunday to Wednesday
Week 2: Sunday to Tuesday
* Pattern B:
Week 1: Thursday to Saturday
Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday
* Day Rate: £14.11 per hour (PAYE)

Night Shifts Available (6pm 6am) on similar patterns:

* Night Rate: £18.20 per hour (PAYE)
* Average Hours: 77 hours per fortnight
* Weekly Pay + Holiday Pay
