Candidate Requirements:
* On course to obtain QTS, PGCE, or a BA in Education
* Minimum 3 months of teaching experience within a UK Primary or Secondary school
* Ability to handle challenging behavior and maintain discipline
* Ability to plan creative lessons aligned with education standards
* Effective communication with staff to deliver curriculum
* Competence in assessing pupils' progress
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
